I have been a computer enthusiast since 3rd grade and have been an IT Manager, Network Admin and Web Designer professionally for a decade. I work smart first, work hard when it's required and I'm a master of Google-fu, the staple skill of IT professionals.
I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management in 2009. I'm happily married with a 6 year old son and a 4 year old daughter.
I have meaninlyfully integrated with all of my co-workers and work culture from construction and manufacturing to IT and corporate. I'm confident and efficient at learning new skills, especially in technology, and I enjoy a good challenge. I'm looking for a career that will be a good fit for me to grow my career.

BS in Business Management • Graduated May 2009
Business Management • Summer 2008
Business Management • 2005 - 2006
IT Manager • March 2017 - Present
I began my employment with Bake Crafters as their Sys Admin and after 6 months was promoted to IT Manager and run the IT department. I am also a part of the leadership team and advisory counsel that advises the owner on company changes and current state of business.
I oversee 3 software engineers and a Software and Support Analyst. Since my start here we have opened a multi-million dollar warehouse and food production facility in Pennsylvania that has required an abundance of problem solving and IT related attention. We are a growing company and I have enjoyed working here.
Web Designer/Network Admin/IT Manager • Oct 2011 - March 2017
This employer underwent several company transitions, but stayed under the same ownership and I worked within the same team. Over a 6 year period it changed names once and then a new company was started combining our marketing and IT departments into a start up venture.
I started out as a Web Developer, then I was promoted to Network Administrator and finally, promoted to IT Manager. I have overseen many high dollar projects, some being several million dollar deals. Projects for 50 locations nationwide including an electronic medication passing system/resident CMS program, stock photography on-site photoshoot, annual corporate meeting teamwork building exercises and activities, Office 365 Enterprise migrations, new firewall networks, new Wi-Fi systems, new computer launches, new websites, new software launches and more. I ran all day to day IT infrastructure and support systems for 50 remote locations including their websites.
Assistant Manager • Sept 2010 - Oct 2011
I ran a nightshift crew of 3-5 people, meeting sales goals, managing employee hours, keeping track of inventory and creating an environment where my subordinates felt comfortable talking to me about their work issues. I left this job to pursue my passion for technology and computers.
Fiberglass Yacht Hull Manufacturer • May 2008 - April 2009
I worked on 30-58 ft. open lamination and vacuum sealed resin infusion fiberglass yacht hulls. This company took a noticable hit because of the economy during 2008 and 2009 and had layoffs. I wasn't going to be laid off, but I took a voluntary layoff to go back to school and get my bachelors degree. I didn't have any family or children at this point so by taking a layoff I was helping at least one co-worker who did have a family keep their job.
